Thoughtful, reflective, and relationally attuned therapy.
I work with the deeper layers of experience: thinking about how our early relationships, unconscious patterns, and unspoken feelings shape the way we navigate life today. At the heart of my practice is the belief that therapy offers a space where new understandings can emerge, about the past, but also about how we experience ourselves and others in the present.
I have particular experience working with clients aged 18–35, though I welcome adults of all ages. Many of my clients are navigating questions of identity, belonging, relationships, self-worth, and meaning - often during times of transition or uncertainty. A lot of my work has involved supporting and exploring neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism, and I am committed to offering therapy that is inclusive, trauma-informed and sensitive to each person’s cultural context and lived experience.
Before training as a psychotherapist, I worked in a very different setting: designing and painting historic and private gardens. This taught me a great deal about care, growth, and the importance of creating environments - both literal and emotional - where people can flourish. My personal experiences inform the way I work. I understand how painful it can be to feel unprotected or unseen at vulnerable moments in life, and I know the value of a therapeutic relationship that offers safety, containment and trust.
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy (with Distinction) and I am completing a UKCP accredited MSc. I am a registered member of the BACP and a trainee member of the UKCP. My clinical experience includes working with individuals after a period of crisis with the NHS Croydon Home Treatment Team at Bethlem Royal Hospital, as well as my private practice in London.
Alongside my core training, I continue to deepen my practice through ongoing supervision, training and personal development. I have a particular interest in the body-mind connection, in narrative and metaphor, and in supporting people as they navigate the complex terrain of trauma, identity, and self-understanding.
I currently offer sessions both online and in-person in Central and South London. If you’d like to explore working together, please feel free to get in touch.
